These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”) apply to the Luxe Life website located at www.theluxelifeeventdesign.com and all associated sites linked to www.theluxelifeeventdesign.com by Luxe Life (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is property of The Luxe Life Event Design, LLC (“Luxe Life”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use apply to each Site visitor or user (“you”, “your”). By accessing or using our Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not use our Site.

Luxe Life reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, so please review regularly. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on our Site. User Accounts

Luxe Life provides only the best in balloons and service. When placing an order you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and for any and all activity that might occur if your account information is not kept secure.

Users of all ages can enjoy our Site content. To create an account, place an order, or to make a purchase on our Site you must be at least 18 years of age, or of legal age in the region you are located in to enter into this Terms of Use agreement.

Applicable Law; Dispute Resolution

In the event any dispute between Luxe Life and you arises out of or in connection with your use of the Site, Luxe Life and you will attempt to resolve such dispute within a reasonable time (not to exceed 30 days).
